These committee members organize opportunities for the community to learn about F.I.R.S.T. Excitement for science and technology is encouraged in classroom demonstrations, school assemblies, pep rallies, and the county fair Learning Corner and parade. Presentations to civic groups, Kansas Teacher of the Year delegates, and political dignitaries are venues for spreading the importance of developing an appreciation for technology and science to improve the future of our community and world.
