The Scouting Committee members research the teams going to the same regional to find out what type of robots they are designing for competition. At competition they monitor other teams and their robot's performance to determine which teams might make beneficial alliance partners during the elimination rounds. Understanding the fine points of the game is important to this committee in order to develop a meaningful scouting sheet each season.
